This immersive sound bath uses sacred vibrations from traditional instruments to wash away stress, balance your energy, and guide you into a state of deep, restorative relaxation. Mindfulness & Meditation Dedicated breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation sessions designed to alleviate anxiety, reduce cortisol levels, and promote ultimate mental clarity. Nourishing Satvik Meal We will conclude our practice by sharing a traditional, pure vegetarian Satvik meal.
